Key Features of the Grievance Redressal Policy:
Submission of Grievance: Any member of the college community may submit a grievance in writing, either through a designated grievance form or via email to the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC). The grievance should be detailed and include relevant supporting documents, if any.
Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC): The college has established a Grievance Redressal Committee consisting of faculty members, administrative staff, and student representatives. The GRC is responsible for reviewing, investigating, and resolving grievances in accordance with college policies and guidelines.
Confidentiality: All grievances will be handled with the utmost confidentiality to protect the privacy of the individuals involved.
