Grievance Redressal Policy

Patamda College is committed to maintaining a supportive and transparent academic environment through its Grievance Redressal Policy. This policy is designed to address and resolve any concerns or complaints raised by students, faculty, and staff in a fair and timely manner.

Key Features of the Grievance Redressal Policy:

Submission of Grievance: Any member of the college community may submit a grievance in writing, either through a designated grievance form or via email to the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC). The grievance should be detailed and include relevant supporting documents, if any.

Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC): The college has established a Grievance Redressal Committee consisting of faculty members, administrative staff, and student representatives. The GRC is responsible for reviewing, investigating, and resolving grievances in accordance with college policies and guidelines.

Confidentiality: All grievances will be handled with the utmost confidentiality to protect the privacy of the individuals involved. The college ensures that no student, faculty, or staff member faces retaliation for raising a concern. Resolution Process: Upon receiving a grievance, the GRC will acknowledge receipt
